  • Assist the Claims Specialist: Aid in all aspects related to a claims portfolio, including new claims registration, file management, and basic inquiries.
  • Draft Settlement Agreements: Create agreements as per instructions.
  • Appoint Assessors/Investigators: Act on instructions from the Claims Specialist.
  • Monitor Service Levels: Ensure adherence to agreed service level agreements and internal protocols.
  • Operational Duties: Perform duties allocated as per organizational standards.
