1. Finance Volunteer (Pretoria x2)
- Duties:
- Verify and capture goods received in SAGE X3.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Prepare bank reconciliations and capture transactions.
- Maintain physical and digital asset records.
- Provide supporting documents for trial balances.
- Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Financial Accounting or related field (completed or final year).
2. Science Engagement Volunteer (Hermanus x1)
- Duties:
- Support the National Space Awareness Programme, engaging 37,500 youth.
- Maintain a living database with GPS coordinates of engaged schools.
- Use GIS software for geographic mapping of engagement data.
- Contribute to youth science engagement events.
- Requirements:
- BSc in GIS and Remote Sensing or related field (completed or final year).
3. Human Resources Volunteer (Pretoria x1)
- Duties:
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations.
- Update employee records and prepare activity reports.
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews.
- Facilitate orientation for new employees.
- Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field (completed or final year).
4. Enterprise Risk Management Trainees (Pretoria x2)
- Duties:
- Assist in consolidating risk profile reports and registers.
- Validate enterprise risk management documentation.
- Track strategic action plans and business continuity efforts.
- Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Risk Management, Accounting, Audit, Informatics, or Environmental Sciences.
General Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for these opportunities, candidates must:
- Be South African citizens.
- Be 35 years of age or younger.

Stipend and Benefits
Volunteers will receive a R2,000 monthly travel allowance to cover commuting expenses to SANSA offices during their placement.
