    1. Graduate Intern: Admin Assistant: Cape Region (Bellville)

    • Position: Graduate Intern: Admin Assistant: RA SCI Cape Region (Bellville) (PG 07)
    • Location: Bellville, Western Cape, ZA
    • Duration: 12-month contract
    • Closing Date: 17 July 2024

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the Management Team.
    • Assist Financial Advisers and/or Brokers in their daily operations.
    • Coordinate and manage events within the region.
    • Monitor new business transactions and outstanding premiums.
    • Process account payments efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent educational background.
    • Relevant Business-related National Diploma or Degree (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Financial Planning, Human Resources).
    • Preferably no prior work experience required.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development team.
    • Assist in the coordination of Learning and Development programmes.
    • Manage and support Internship and Learnership programmes.
    • Upload and maintain management systems and databases.
    • Offer basic guidance on HR policies and processes.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Must be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35 years.
    • Not currently enrolled in any other INSETA programme.
    • Currently unemployed and not pursuing further studies.
    • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources.

    Skills and Knowledge

    • Knowledge of HR practices and principles.
    • Familiarity with legislation influencing Learning and Development (Skills Development, BBBEE Act).
