    What Participants Can Expect:

    • Rotational Experiences:
      • Three-Month Rotations: GMTs will embark on a series of three-month rotations, each aligned with SAB’s strategic pillars. These rotations will provide hands-on experience in critical business areas.
      • Focus Areas: Participants will engage in projects related to Marketing, Sales or Technology, and Supply/Logistics. These projects are designed to address real business challenges and expand the participants’ knowledge and capabilities.
    • Global Induction:
      • Cheers! Festival: GMTs will attend a global induction event, where they will hear directly from senior leaders about the company’s strategy and have the opportunity to network with other GMTs.
    • Networking and Development:
      • Global Alumni Network: Participants will have access to a global network of GMT alumni, offering valuable connections and insights.

    Ideal Candidate Profile:

    • Educational Background:
      • Candidates should have completed an undergraduate degree, preferably in a STEM discipline. Postgraduate qualifications, such as a PGDip in Business Administration or a Master’s degree, are advantageous but not required.
    • Experience:
      • Candidates should have no more than three years of full-time work experience by the program start date. This excludes internships, vacation work, short-term contracts, and co-op placements.
    • Work Authorization:
      • Applicants must possess legal work authorization and full citizenship in the country where they are applying.
    • Skills and Attributes:
      • Proficiency in English is essential.
      • Candidates must be open to relocation and working in various locations, as mobility enhances career opportunities.
