Roggeveld Wind Power is pleased to invite applications for its Roggeveld Wind Power bursary programme for prospective and current students enrolled in public and accredited private South African institutions of higher learning, including FETCs, Universities of Technology, and Universities. Applicants must reside in the Laingsburg/Maitjiesfontein and Sutherland areas and be South African citizens.
Who Can Apply:
- Current students at South African public tertiary institutions or students commencing their study programmes.
- Applicants must reside in the Laingsburg/Maitjiesfontein and Sutherland areas.
Roggeveld Wind Power Bursary Details:
- Bursary allocations are subject to budget availability each year.
- Selection based on Grade 12 (final or mid-year) results and/or tertiary academic records.
- Financial need criteria: Combined family income (gross) should not exceed R600,000 per annum.
- Bursaries available only for public tertiary institutions.
- Preference given to candidates demonstrating both academic excellence and significant financial need.
Selection Criteria:
- Limited bursaries awarded to candidates meeting the above criteria.
- Honors, B Tech degrees, and post-graduate qualifications considered if they enhance employability.
