Who Can Apply?
- Academic Track Record:
- Ideal candidates exhibit outstanding academic performance at school or university.
- Applications are open to undergraduates, CTA/PGDA students, and Grade 12 learners aspiring to become qualified chartered accountants (CAs).
- Bursary Types:
- Academic Achievement Award: Fixed amount inclusive of a book allowance, directly payable to the university for tuition.
- Tuition and/or Accommodation Bursary: Covers a percentage (20% to 100%) of tuition costs with a book allowance. For students demonstrating significant financial need, accommodation costs and a one-time living allowance may also be covered.
- Bursary amounts are determined on a sliding scale based on academic performance and financial circumstances, ranging from 20% to 100%.

- Bursary applications will be accepted from 1 July 2024 to 31 August 2024.
PwC Bursary Requirements for Selection
- Good Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Academic Requirements
- For Matriculants:
- Intent to pursue a Chartered Accountancy qualification.
- Full-time study commitment at a SAICA-accredited institution.
- Minimum B-symbol in Mathematics and English (first or second language), with an overall average of 75%. Mathematics Literacy will not be considered.
