    Job Purpose

    The Project Data Officer will manage and oversee the collation, verification, consolidation, and reporting of project management and administrative system information within the Architecture Department.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Database Integration: Manage integration of Project Management and other database systems (e.g., HR, Risk Management).
    • Reporting Structures: Control and develop reporting formats and structures for various project categories.
    • Project Schedules: Present consolidated project schedules for projects managed within the Architecture Department.
    • Administrative Coordination: Coordinate divisional activities related to administrative and reporting requirements.
    • Risk Management: Maintain and update the Department’s Risk Management information dataset.
    • Compliance Analysis: Oversee the process of updating and analyzing statutory and general compliance information.
