    Role Responsibilities

    The internship offers a diverse and practical exposure to several critical procurement functions, including:

    1. Sourcing Travel, Venues, and Accommodations
      Assist in finding and booking travel arrangements, event venues, and accommodation for business needs.
    2. Matching Travel Invoices
      Work on reconciling travel invoices to ensure accurate payments and budgeting.
    3. Courier Services Management
      Oversee and manage the logistics of courier services for the organization.
    4. Procurement Sourcing Process
      Learn the ropes of sourcing suppliers and materials while adhering to organizational policies.
    5. Writing and Processing Orders
      Develop skills in creating and managing purchase orders.
    6. CSD Report Compilation
      Gain experience in preparing Central Supplier Database (CSD) reports, a vital procurement requirement.
    7. Order Reconciliation
      Assist in reconciling procurement orders to maintain accuracy and compliance.
    8. Managing Outstanding Documents
      Help request and track outstanding documentation, including CSD reports, from suppliers.
