The online application period is divided into two categories based on the student status: New Applicants and Returning Students.
New Applicants (N4)
- Online/Offsite Applications: 5th May 2025 to 16th May 2025
- Online/Onsite Applications: 5th May 2025 to 9th May 2025
New applicants will need to ensure that they meet the necessary qualifications for N4. To apply for N4, applicants must have completed Grade 12 or hold an NCV L4 certification.
Returning Students (N5 & N6)
- Application Dates: 17th May 2025 to 23rd May 2025
Returning students who wish to continue with their studies in N5 or N6 must apply during this period. Returning students are advised to have all required documents ready and submit them on time to avoid missing out on this intake.
Required Documents for Online Application

- Latest Results – SAPS certified.
- ID Copy – SAPS certified.
- Parent/Guardian ID Copy – SAPS certified.
