Qualifications
- Minimum: Any tertiary education such as a Diploma.
- Ideal: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience as a data capturer or in a position linked to data updates is desirable.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to receive on-the-job training.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Passionate about master data management.
Key Responsibilities
- Create new master data records using Standard Operating Process (SOP) and company standard source documents.
- Complete digital and ERP filing of source document information.
- Update existing master data records using SOP and company standard source documents.
- Ensure accurate digital and ERP filing of source document information.
- Retire outdated master data records using SOP and company standard source documents.
- Maintain accurate digital and ERP filing of source document information.
- Update and complete the Query Management System within the required SLA for business users.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with business users, staff, colleagues, and management.
- Demonstrate willingness to operate in a team environment.
- Assist with data sourcing, data collection, data capture, data scrubbing, and other requirements for various ERP or system projects approved by the Business Improvement and Master Data teams.
