    Minimum Requirements

    To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:

    • Educational Qualification: A recognized Degree (NQF Level 7) in Town Planning, Architecture, or Architectural Technology.
    • Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant experience post-qualification.
    • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is essential.
    • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in computer applications relevant to the role.

    Key Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will be responsible for:

    • Providing inputs to the Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and budget
    • Conducting needs assessments of school infrastructure to update the NEIMS from an educational perspective
    • Overseeing the commissioning of schools, including the provision of furniture and equipment
    • Engaging in communication and consultation with schools on infrastructure matters
    • Establishing and maintaining stakeholder forums
