Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Qualification: A recognized Degree (NQF Level 7) in Town Planning, Architecture, or Architectural Technology.
- Experience: Minimum of three years of relevant experience post-qualification.
- Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is essential.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing inputs to the Infrastructure Asset Management Plan and budget
- Conducting needs assessments of school infrastructure to update the NEIMS from an educational perspective
- Overseeing the commissioning of schools, including the provision of furniture and equipment
- Engaging in communication and consultation with schools on infrastructure matters
- Establishing and maintaining stakeholder forums
