Key Responsibilities
The Pharmacy Training Facilitator will be responsible for coordinating and delivering learning programs for pharmacy staff, ensuring these align with the business’s operational goals and national skills development objectives. - Pharmacist Experience: At least two years of professional practice as a pharmacist will be an added advantage, bringing practical industry knowledge into the training process.
- Tutor Registration: One year of registration as a tutor with the SAPC is highly beneficial.
- Retail Experience: Experience working in a retail pharmacy environment is advantageous, especially if gained at Clicks or a similar organization.
