    Petroleum Agency Internships Available

    • Technical Compliance Intern (Engineering)
      • Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering
      • Key Responsibilities:
        • Gain experience in drilling operations, production engineering, and well performance assessment
        • Develop skills in evaluating rights and permits under the MPRDA
        • Visit active operations, including drilling and production facilities
    • Licensing and Legal Intern
      • Qualifications: LLB
      • Key Responsibilities:
        • Experience in processing applications for rights and permits
        • Assist in drafting recommendations for Ministerial consideration
        • Gain exposure to government policy and legislative frameworks related to petroleum
    • Company Secretary Intern
      • Qualifications: LLB or BCom (CGISA qualification preferred)
      • Key Responsibilities:
        • Assist with corporate governance, company secretariat tasks, and compliance
        • Manage minutes of meetings, declarations of interest, and statutory communications
        • Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports for regulatory bodies
