Petroleum Agency Internships Available
- Technical Compliance Intern (Engineering)
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering
- Key Responsibilities:
- Gain experience in drilling operations, production engineering, and well performance assessment
- Develop skills in evaluating rights and permits under the MPRDA
- Visit active operations, including drilling and production facilities
- Licensing and Legal Intern
- Qualifications: LLB
- Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in processing applications for rights and permits
- Assist in drafting recommendations for Ministerial consideration
- Gain exposure to government policy and legislative frameworks related to petroleum
- Company Secretary Intern
- Qualifications: LLB or BCom (CGISA qualification preferred)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with corporate governance, company secretariat tasks, and compliance
- Manage minutes of meetings, declarations of interest, and statutory communications
- Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports for regulatory bodies

- Recent graduates with a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or LLB
- No prior internship experience (MQA or company-funded)
