    Key Responsibilities

    As a Personal Assistant to the Head of Adviser Transformation, you will provide vital secretarial and administrative support to ensure seamless operations. Your duties will include:

    • Office and Diary Management: Efficiently manage the Head of Adviser Transformation’s schedule and office needs.
    • Mail and Information Management: Handle correspondence and maintain effective communication channels.
    • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel logistics, including bookings and itineraries.
    • Meeting and Event Coordination: Prepare for and organize meetings, conferences, workshops, and presentations.
    • Document Preparation: Compile, consolidate, and distribute essential documents.
    • Minute Taking: Accurately record and distribute meeting minutes.
    • Report Consolidation: Compile and provide relevant reports as required.
    • Ad Hoc Requests: Assist with various tasks to support the team and organizational goals.

    Qualifications and Experience

    To excel in this role, the ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

    • Education: Matric certificate and a relevant Secretarial Qualification/Diploma.
    • Experience: At least three years of experience as a Secretarial/Personal Assistant, preferably in a sales environment.
    • Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with TravelIT System is an advantage.
