Purpose of the People Delivery Assistant Role
The People Delivery Assistant supports the Human Resources function by ensuring accurate and timely administrative inputs, checks, and document management. This role includes assisting with employee interfacing activities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and wellness. Key Responsibilities
1. Employee-Centric Delivery
- Provide administrative support across HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and onboarding.
- Assist stakeholders in delivering efficient services across the HR lifecycle.
- Maintain compliance with HR policies, procedures, and legislative requirements.
- Manage queries and correspondence, ensuring smooth communication with third parties and stakeholders.
- Update and manage HR data, files, and documents for auditing and reference purposes.
2. Team and Organizational Collaboration

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- Experience:
- 5+ years in HR administration or as an HR assistant.
- Exposure to various HR lifecycle activities (e.g., payroll, recruitment, onboarding).
Desirable Skills
- FMCG or retail industry experience.
- Familiarity with SAP and Workforce Management Systems (WFM).
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
