    Required Qualifications 

    To qualify for the Partner Development Management Internship Opportunity, you must have the following qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field with at least one quarter/semester remaining to complete after internship.
    • Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
    • Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and presentation skills.
    • You must be legally authorised to work in South Africa to be eligible for this role. (Legally authorised = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).

    • Serve as the primary point of contact between our company and partner channel on a day-to-day basis.
    • Take responsibility for enhancing the performance of a designated group of partners, prioritizing based on business needs, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft cloud services like O365, Azure, and Dynamics 365, as well as related products.
    • Aim to boost partner recruitment, training, and business expansion by leveraging partner strengths and priorities.
    • As a Partner Development Manager (PDM), represent Microsoft to our partners, articulate our strategy, promote our vision, and guide partners through the process of digital transformation.
