- Qualifications:
BSc in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering - Experience:
0-2 years of industrial experience
This role is perfect for engineering graduates who are looking to sharpen their technical skills in a real-world industrial setting. The candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and contribute to critical projects that drive innovation.
2. Electrical Engineer in Training
- Qualifications:
BSc / B Eng in Electrical or Instrumentation & Control - Experience:
0-2 years of industrial experience
Electrical engineers in training will gain hands-on experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in dynamic work environments.
3. Chemistry Graduate in Training
- Qualifications:
BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or Materials Science - Experience:
Strong fundamental knowledge in chemical processes, material science, and proven problem-solving abilities

4. Civil Engineer in Training
- Qualifications:
BSc / B Eng in Civil Engineering - Experience:
No prior experience required, but relevant previous work experience is an advantage.
Civil engineers in training will focus on structural engineering and contribute to large-scale infrastructure projects. Academic performance will be taken into consideration, and candidates who completed their final year thesis in structural engineering will be given priority.
5. Chemical Engineer in Training
- Qualifications:
BSc / B Eng in Chemical Engineering - Experience:
0-2 years of industrial experience
Chemical engineers will be involved in designing, testing, and improving chemical processes in an industrial setting. The programme offers excellent exposure to different areas of chemical engineering.
6. Developers in Training
- Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent - Experience:
- Programming knowledge in languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, Angular, Flutter, or equivalent
- Knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems
- SQL proficiency
Developers in training will work on developing cutting-edge software solutions. This role is ideal for IT graduates looking to apply their programming and technical knowledge in real-world applications.
7. GIS Specialist in Training
- Qualifications:
BSc in Geographic Information Systems, Geoinformatics, Environmental Science with Geography, or Computer Science
Professional affiliations with SAGC or SACNASP are advantageous. - Experience:
- Understanding of the Esri product suite (ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, Python, JavaScript)
- Remote sensing imagery/datasets and Python programming

- Qualifications:
