Learnership Overview
This NQF 4 Occupational Health and Safety Learnership is designed to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and practical experience in the field of health and safety within the construction industry. Over a 12-month period, learners will undergo comprehensive training that combines classroom-based learning with on-site practical application.

- Accredited NQF 4 Safety Qualification: Recognized certification upon successful completion.
- Theoretical Training: Approximately 4 months of classroom-based instruction in Cape Town.
- Practical Training: Approximately 8 months of on-site experience at various construction sites.
Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12).
- N6 Certificate in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
