Duties and Responsibilities
As a Human Resources Intern, you will gain practical exposure to HR administration support and coordination. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of HR activities, including:
Recruitment, Selection, and Induction Processes
- Advertising vacancies on our recruitment portals.
- Shortlisting potential candidates from recruitment portals and recruitment agencies.
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and assessments for shortlisted applicants.
- Arranging orientation and induction for newcomers.
- Preparing and sending regret communication to unsuccessful candidates.
- Handling the onboarding and offboarding of employees.
- Completing background and risk checks for successful applicants.
Employee Enquiries and HR Processes
- Handling employee enquiries related to HR processes.
- Compiling monthly HR reports.
- Managing diaries and general office tasks, including coordinating interviews, assessments, and HR onboarding sessions.
- Assisting with HR projects and providing ad hoc support.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- A qualification related to Human Resources.
- A good understanding and knowledge of HR-related theory.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Any prior experience in this field will be advantageous.
