    • Be a South African citizen
    • Reside within the Makhuduthamaga Local Municipality area in Limpopo Province
    • Be currently in Matric or have completed Matric
    • Intend to study full-time toward an undergraduate qualification in one of the specified fields in 2025
    • Be accepted or provisionally accepted at a registered and accredited South African tertiary institution
    • Demonstrate strong academic performance
    • Show financial need
