Education and Qualifications:

  • National diploma or degree in Speech and Drama, Media Studies, Communication, or equivalent qualification.
  • Qualification in theatre, radio, or TV drama production.

Experience and Knowledge:

Operational Management and Process Improvement:

  • Develop station Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure compliance with stakeholders.
