    Minimum Requirements

    • Education:
      • Grade 12 with Mathematics
      • NQF Level 4 in the following subjects:
        • Mathematics / Technical Mathematics (not Mathematics Literacy)
        • Physical Science / Technical Science
        • N3 Diesel Trade Theory and/or N3 Mechanotechnology
        • Engineering Graphic and Design
    • Residency: Must reside in Mogalakwena or surrounding areas
    • Employment Status: Currently unemployed

    Job Responsibilities

    • Training:
      • Learn and observe technical skills and processes under the guidance of experienced staff
      • Demonstrate skills and processes independently or in a team
    • Apprentice Modules:
      • Complete prescribed modules as per merSETA
      • Gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills
    • Safety & Maintenance:
      • Understand and adhere to workplace health and safety standards
      • Maintain and repair workshop equipment
      • Keep a logbook of projects and skills learned
    • Workplace Conduct:
      • Ensure general good housekeeping
      • Maintain a professional appearance and behavior
      • Perform other duties as required
