Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Student Advisor, you will work closely with the Head of Student Recruitment and be involved in various tasks that help secure new student enrollments. These responsibilities include:
1. Presentation Target
- Represent Vega at various high schools to conduct targeted presentations.
- Distribute marketing materials such as brochures and pamphlets.
- Hand out interest cards and encourage students to explore the institution further.
- Attend career expos and stakeholder events to promote Vega’s programs.
- Achieve monthly presentation targets as defined by the Head of Student Recruitment.
2. Database Collection
- Build a database of potential students by collecting contact information from schools and events.
- Meet the monthly database collection target as per institutional goals.
3. Interview Target
- Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students by making database calls.
- Follow up on online inquiries and respond within 24 hours.
- Assist students with their application process during interviews and ensure all necessary documents are submitted.
- Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual interview targets.
4. Application Target
- Assist students in completing online applications during interviews.
- Follow up on unpaid applications to ensure payment is secured.
- Conduct regular follow-ups on students who haven’t applied to encourage application completion.
- Drive applicants to accept Vega’s admission offers and secure pre-registration payments.
5. Registration Target
- Help new students through the registration process to meet individual registration targets.
6. Administration and Reporting
- Update the call report and IBT (Interview Booking Tracker) report daily.
- Ensure that all interview forms are accurately completed and submitted with supporting documentation.
- Update all outcomes on relevant platforms such as STASY and TMR as required.

Educational Requirements:

- At least 1 year of sales experience is required.
Special Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are essential.
Working Hours
The role operates Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 17:00. However, during peak registration periods and specific annual events, extended working hours may be required.
