Essential Functions And Basic Duties
- Monthly / Ad Hoc Reporting
- Produce monthly/ad hoc reports accurately and timely.
- Ensure reports are in the appropriate format as specified.
- Track reporting workflows to ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as the primary contact for queries related to workflow processes.
- Adhere to report formats according to company branding requirements.
- Assumes responsibility for assisting in the maintenance/development of the reports program.
- Provide feedback to Heads of Divisions for process improvement.
- Regularly review reports with stakeholders to maintain relevance.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Power BI reporting program.
- Aid in the development/maintenance of data automation related to ETL processes.
- Audit and Analytical Review of Data
- Conduct monthly checks on core data sets for completeness and accuracy.
- Report identified issues requiring correction to the relevant operational teams.
- Track and follow up on necessary corrections.
- Assumes responsibility for technical support across technology platforms.
- Provide after-hours support for data-related emergencies and weekend maintenance.
- Document best practices and procedures for reference.
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.
- Assist in troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
