Roles and Responsibilities
The IT Internship offers a comprehensive set of responsibilities designed to develop your technical and interpersonal skills. Below are the key areas where you’ll gain experience:
1. Lecture Room Support
- First-line technical support for lecture and computer venues.
- Ensuring all technical equipment, including projectors, screens, and wireless infrastructure, is in working order.
- Regular maintenance of copiers and printers.
2. Hardware Support
- Assist with desktop and laptop installations.
- Provide troubleshooting support for printers, photocopiers, and projectors.

3. Software Support
