The Independent Police Investigative Directorate (IPID) has opened its doors to talented and motivated TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) graduates for its Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for the 2025/2026 period. This initiative is aimed at providing young South African graduates with the opportunity to gain work experience related to their qualifications in various fields, particularly in the safety and law enforcement sectors. The programme is specifically designed for unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 35 who have not had prior work experience in their respective qualifications.

Requirements for Applicants
- Qualifications: Applicants must have a qualification at NQF Level 4 in Safety in Society.
- Age: Youth between the ages of 18 and 35 as of the start date of the placement.
- Application Process: Applicants should submit a Z83 form along with a detailed curriculum vitae (CV). No qualifications need to be submitted with the application, though they will be required upon being shortlisted.
