    The Role of the Human Resources Intern

    The Human Resources Intern will be an integral part of the HR team, providing essential support across various HR functions. This role is designed to expose the intern to the entire HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee records management and compliance.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment Support
      The intern will assist in managing the recruitment process by posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.     2. Onboarding and Offboarding
      Supporting new hires as they integrate into the organization is a key aspect of this role.
