    HR Administration

    • Training Data Compilation: Compile and save relevant training data and documents in respective employee files.
    • Document Management: Ensure all PandaDoc documents are signed promptly.
    • HR Projects Assistance: Provide support for various HR projects.
    • Birthday Lists: Compile monthly birthday lists.
    • CV Administration: Administer the people mailbox and capture received CVs for screening and shortlisting.
