About the HR Administrator Role
The HR Administrator role at RCL Foods is essential for maintaining efficient HR operations. Minimum Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Diploma in Human Resource Management.
- Experience: At least 2 years’ experience in a similar HR environment.
- Licensing: Valid Code EB driver’s licence.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Administrator at RCL Foods, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR department. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Recruitment Support: Provide all recruitment administration support for A and B appointments, including conducting reference and criminal record checks.
- Onboarding: Manage the new joiner process from offer letter through to induction.
- HR Support: Offer HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures effectively and in a timely manner.
- Leave Administration: Handle processes and queries related to maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave. Administer the recording of absence and vacation leave.
- Performance Management: Administer the performance management system and probationary review periods.
- Health and Safety: Manage health, safety, and IOD processes and queries.
- HR System Management: Enter data into the HR system to maintain accurate records. Provide data for and prepare management information reports.
- Payroll Liaison: Coordinate with payroll and distribute payslips.
- Medical Aid and Claims Processing: Handle medical aid/fund entries, withdrawals, and process death and disability claim documents.
- File Management: Maintain the personnel filing system and safeguard files and documentation.
- Policy Communication: Distribute and disseminate HR policies and related communication.
- Grievance and Disciplinary Procedures: Support investigations and capture disciplinary records into SAP.
- Employee Loans and Bursaries: Administer employee/study loan and bursary documentation.
- Query Resolution: Answer all HR administration-related queries from employees and managers, ensuring resolution in accordance with service standards.
