    Position Purpose:

    • Transnet Corporate Centre and Academy seeks dynamic and recently graduated individuals for a comprehensive two-year programme.

    Position Outputs:

      • Perform specific tasks within designated work-streams or departments.
      • As a Young Professional-in-Training, responsibilities include shadowing staff members, participating in learning sessions, attending meetings, and workshops to gain practical experience.
      • Engage with customers to understand their needs clearly, including urgency levels, and provide regular updates on the progress of their requirements.
      • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier and end-user inquiries, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
      • Provide general administrative support, conduct research, and assist with various tasks as required.
      • Receive work briefs and instructions from mentors or specialists to outline the necessary tasks for specific projects or deliverables.
      • Execute project tasks efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
      • Prepare reports using MS Office Word and/or PowerPoint formats that present deliverables in a clear and structured manner.
      • Produce high-quality work that serves as valuable input for developing optimal project solutions for clients.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • ND/Degree in Graphic Design
    • 0-1 year of relevant experience

    Competencies:

    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
    • Strong problem-solving skills
