Ideal Candidate Profile
To be considered for the Graduate Management Trainee Program, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Educational Background: Candidates should have completed their undergraduate studies by the start of the program. While a degree in a STEM discipline is preferred, candidates who are pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma (PGDip) in Business Administration or a Master’s degree (or equivalent) are also welcome.
- Work Experience: Applicants should have no more than three years of full-time formal working experience by the start date of the program. Internships, vacation work, short-term contracts, and cooperative education experiences are not included in this total.
- Language and Legal Requirements: Proficiency in English is required. Additionally, candidates must have full legal work authorization (full citizenship) in the country where they are applying.
- Willingness to Relocate: We believe that mobility is key to maximizing career opportunities and growth. Candidates should be open to working and living in various locations within the zone.
Roles and Responsibilities
During the initial 10 months of the Graduate Management Trainee Program, you will participate in a series of rotations that are strategically aligned with the core business pillars:
- Marketing, Sales, or Technology: You will start by diving into the dynamic fields of marketing, sales, or technology. You’ll learn how to craft and implement innovative strategies that drive business growth and enhance customer engagement.
- Supply Chain and Logistics: Next, you’ll gain a comprehensive understanding of our supply chain operations. You’ll work on projects that enhance supply chain efficiency and contribute to sustainability goals, learning how our products are crafted and delivered to customers.
- Global Induction and Networking: Engage in our Cheers! Festival – a global induction event where you will learn about our company strategy from senior leaders and network with peers from different regions.
