    • Undertaking desk research projects to identify and propose innovative strategies for engaging key stakeholders in external organizations.
    • Skilfully navigating AskMe Regulatory Document requests to ensure compliance and efficiency.
    • Managing the submission process for Customer Raw Material Specs via AskMe and facilitating Customer Questionnaires.
    • Handling Customer Information requests and efficiently creating customer BR’s (Flavour sample requests).
    • Overseeing sample shipments to customers and promptly issuing alert emails for sample shipments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
    • Meticulously organizing and maintaining files of general correspondence for the department, ensuring easy accessibility and retrieval of information.
    • Updating and managing electronic filing systems to facilitate streamlined documentation processes.
    • Compiling comprehensive visit reports for customers and providing essential product information as required.
    • Efficiently managing the distribution of corporate gifts to customers, ensuring timely delivery and fostering positive relationships.

    • Actively participating in flavour training and tasting sessions to enhance product knowledge and expertise.
