Responsibilities
As a General Worker, your daily tasks will include:

- Inspections: Regularly perform inspections within your designated area to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety standards.
- Tailings Management: Plan and manage the tailings material on-site and at designated depositing areas to maintain the integrity of the operation.
- Pipeline Maintenance: You will be tasked with extending and connecting pipelines as per the operational requirements of the site.
- Valve Operations: You will open and close valves according to the instructions provided by the Supervisor and in alignment with the project’s needs.
- Operational Problem Solving: Assist in resolving any operational issues that arise and report any deviations from normal procedures to the Supervisor.
- Mud Guard Duties: Monitor and control the levels of the tailings dam, ensuring its integrity and the safety of operations.
- Housekeeping: Ensure that your designated work area is kept clean and organized at all times.
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to safety regulations and company procedures is essential. You will need to comply with all relevant safety rules, attend toolbox talks and other safety meetings.

Minimum Qualifications
- Education: Grade 12 Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience working in a Fraser or tailings environment.
