Job Responsibilities
The Formulation Intern will have a variety of responsibilities in supporting R&D activities, including:
- Maintenance of Laboratory Systems
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Lab Practices (GLP) standards.
- Manage documentation and control inventory for raw materials used in the lab.
- Support in New Product Development (NPD)
- Assist in formulating products to meet R&D objectives.

Minimum Requirements
Experience
- Familiarity with GMP and GLP is highly advantageous.
- Exposure to the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry and cosmetics knowledge is beneficial.
Educational Background
- A Grade 12 / Matric qualification is essential.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or a related field.
- A Coschem Diploma or equivalent certification will add significant value to the applicant’s profile.
