    • Departmental Participation: The role also requires active participation in the departmental mini-business as per the company’s requirements. This ensures efficiency and a smooth workflow within the department.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Work Experience: At least three years of experience as a fitter or millwright within an automotive manufacturing environment.
