Duties and Responsibilities
As a Fitness Instructor, your primary goal will be to inspire and retain members by delivering exceptional fitness services. Key responsibilities include:
- Member Engagement: Build lasting relationships with members to boost retention.
- Fitness Initiatives: Conduct world-class fitness programs and promote existing and new initiatives.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the health and safety of members at all times.

Minimum Requirements
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Matric certificate
- Industry-recognized fitness qualification
- First Aid and AED certification
- Minimum of 6 months of fitness-related experience
- Experience in member service or customer service
