    About the Financial Assessor Role

    As a Financial Assessor at IDM, you will be responsible for helping clients take the first steps toward regaining control of their finances. In this entry-level role, you will play a vital part in a client’s debt management journey. You’ll connect with consumers who have shown interest in IDM’s services, gather information about their financial situation, and provide them with an initial assessment of their finances.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Client Engagement: You’ll initiate contact with clients who have made inquiries about IDM’s services. You’ll gather financial information and assess their situation to understand how IDM can help.
