Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong desire and business acumen for consultative solution selling.
- Exceptional negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Legal authorization to work in South Africa is required for eligibility in this role.
Competencies and responsibilities
- Assists in creating and implementing integrated marketing plans for a specific business area.
- Coordinates with local teams including PMMs, Sales, Communications, Finance, and Business Operations.
- Contributes to the delivery of marketing plans.
- Participates in reporting and analysis of customer metrics.
- Collaborates with engine owners to identify opportunities for improving customer engagement.
- Reads and interprets marketing performance and spending reports.
- Extracts insights from data and reports findings to stakeholders.
- Assists in orchestrating RoC meetings and completing necessary tasks across local stakeholders.
- Tracks marketing-related spending against planned estimates.
- Ensures event or campaign delivery aligns with marketing plans.

Key Performance Areas
- Emerging Black Partner Programme (EBPP) Support:
- Assist in the enhancement of skills and commercial capabilities of 100% Black-Owned SMME partners to meet Digital Transformation needs for South African customers.
- Verify that all necessary program documentation meets minimum standards and is authentic and verifiable.
- Ensure all ESD-related agreements and contracts are duly signed, stored, and compliant with legal requirements and MSSA policies, processes, and procedures.
- Aid in drafting pertinent communication materials, both internal and external, for the EBPP program.
