Requirements:

  • Must have completed: A suitable three-year tertiary career-related degree or national diploma in Operations Management, Management Services, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Must be a resident of the Tshwane area: Proof of residence will be necessary during the selection stage.
  • Must be between the ages of 22 and 30 years old: Applicants should fall within the age bracket of 22 to 30 years.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Mapping departmental business processes: Includes documenting both inter- and intra-departmental value chains.
  • Training departments on standard operating procedures: Educating departments on how to document their standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Reviewing documented SOPs: Ensuring that the documented SOPs align with the mapped business processes.
  • Facilitating approval: Guiding the process of approving both the mapped business processes and documented SOPs.
  • Optimizing inefficient processes: Identifying and facilitating improvements for processes that are ineffective or inefficient.
  • Training on business process management principles: Educating departments on various principles of business process management (BPM).
  • Facilitating root cause identification sessions: Leading sessions to identify the root causes of issues within business processes.
