- Cleaning and sanitizing floors, restrooms, and other areas within the Centre.
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces.
- Emptying trash bins and ensuring waste disposal is managed.
- Preparing and serving beverages during meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage tasks within set time frames.
- Health and Safety Awareness: Knowledge of safe handling and use of cleaning chemicals.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good communication skills to interact effectively with team members and visitors.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in both team settings and independently.
The Ideal Candidate:
The Opportunity Centre Cleaner should be punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision. A strong sense of responsibility and an awareness of the importance of maintaining cleanliness in public spaces will help the successful candidate thrive in this role.
