Mail & Correspondence Management
- Receive, register, and stamp incoming mail and hand over for scanning.
- Sort and distribute mail efficiently within the organization.
- Prepare outgoing mail for posting, pricing, and franking.

- Capture and declare any monetary transactions related to document handling.
Scanning & Filing Responsibilities
