    Qualifications and Skills

    • Minimum BSc Degree in Engineering or BTech in Engineering/built environment (NQF level 7 or higher).
    • Project Management Certification (preferred).
    • Ability to take accurate notes and minutes.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office applications with excellent English writing abilities.
    • Team player with proven ability to work independently.
    • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
    • Openness to learning from experiences and applying new knowledge.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in preparing and drafting reports and presentations.
    • Support maintenance of the project cadence calendar and attend PMU/PMO scheduled meetings.
    • Maintain the configuration library for project documentation.
    • Monitor and evaluate functions of the PMO, including social media monitoring for Mega and Catalytic Infrastructure Projects.
    • Collect and maintain relevant data for the Portfolio of Evidence (POE).
    • Assist in stakeholder engagements and provide administrative support during meetings.
    • Draft Business Cases and Research Papers on Strategic Infrastructure thematic areas.
    • Attend training, mentoring, and capacity-building initiatives.
    • Conduct general administrative duties within the Infrastructure Unit.
