- Short Loads and Credit Notes: Writing short loads and processing credit notes to maintain accurate stock records.
- Quality Inspection: Inspecting bread quality to ensure adherence to Tiger Brands’ quality standards.
- Stock Transfer Oversight: Confirming that the correct quantity of bread is moved from production to dispatch.
- Reconciliation Reports: Summarizing reconciliation reports for transfers versus issues/orders.
- Shift Resource Management: Completing wage norms for shifts to ensure proper resourcing.
- Truck Inspections: Conducting thorough truck inspections before closure to guarantee safety and accuracy.
- Team Management: Leading and motivating staff to maintain discipline and achieve operational goals.

Qualifications and Competencies

Qualifications:
- A Matric certificate or a relevant tertiary qualification is essential.
- 1–2 years of clerical experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in PC operations, including MS Office, NT Windows, and MS Outlook.
- Knowledge of the bakery or FMCG environment will be advantageous.
