    The Role: Customer Service Graduate

    As a Customer Service Graduate, you will report to the Inventory and Supply Planning Manager and play a vital role in planning, purchasing, and managing the supply of materials from vendors to warehouses. This position requires a proactive and efficient individual who can ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Customer Engagement:
      • Manage customer emails and telephone calls, ensuring timely responses.
      • Build strong relationships with customers by providing positive and professional support.
      • Respond to customer queries and disputes promptly, seeking assistance from the Team Lead when required.
    2. Order Management:
      • Process customer orders within 24 hours to meet SLAs and expectations.
      • Ensure accurate transaction entries and timely delivery of products.
      • Utilize customer and third-party systems/portals to perform daily tasks.
    3. Daily Operations and Documentation:
      • Plan and prioritize daily workloads to meet departmental goals and customer satisfaction.
      • Maintain accurate document management and adhere to control regulations.
    4. Collaborative Efforts:
      • Foster relationships across departments including Sales and Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

    • A Matric Qualification.
    • A Bachelor of Commerce Degree or equivalent qualification.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
