In an effort to curb the high unemployment rate among South African youth, Ctrack has partnered with the Youth Employment Service (YES) to roll out the YES Programme 2025. This initiative targets unemployed young people aged 18 to 29, providing them with 12-month workplace experience, a monthly stipend, and valuable skills that boost employability.

    Based in Centurion, Irene, this programme offers multiple roles across departments such as Operations, Marketing, HR, Facilities, and Administration. Young people are urged to apply before the closing date on 16 April 2025.

    Who Can Apply?

    To be eligible for the Ctrack YES Programme, applicants must:

    • Be between 18 and 29 years old
    • Be unemployed
    • Be a South African citizen
    • Not have taken part in a previous YES programme
    • Hold at least a Grade 12 qualification
    • Live near the workplace in Centurion
    • Have no criminal record
    • Be available from 1 May 2025
    • Additional advantage: relevant qualifications or a valid driver’s license

    1. Technician (3 Posts)

    Duties:

    • Install and maintain company devices

    • Ability to adapt and communicate clearly

    2. Marketing Assistant

    Tasks:

    • Assist with event planning and promotions
    • Manage stock of promotional items
    • Handle supplier orders and assist with campaigns

    3. Building & Facilities Assistant

    Role Includes:

    • Performing maintenance and installation duties
    • Ensuring building safety and cleanliness
    • Handling tools and responding to repair requests

    4. Human Resources Administrator

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with HR documents and onboarding
    • Support recruitment and general office admin

    5. Training Administrator

    • Coordinate training events and update schedules
    • Communicate with staff and maintain records
