    Key Qualifications:

    • National higher diploma/BTech in Built Environment or Honours degree with relevant experience
    • Compulsory registration with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager
    • Valid driver’s license

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Computer literacy
    • Excellent planning, financial, and budgeting skills
    • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
    • Deep knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Building Regulations, and Environmental Conservation Act
    • Understanding of Government Procurement System
    • Familiarity with JBCC and GCC contracts

    Role Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Lead project initiation, scope definition, and change control
    • Execute full project management functions including cost, quality, and time management
    • Facilitate project meetings and documentation compilation
    • Adhere to government procurement and project administration processes
    • Manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
