Construction Project Manager Vacancy Overview:

Key Qualifications:
- National higher diploma/BTech in Built Environment or Honours degree with relevant experience
- Compulsory registration with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Project Manager
- Valid driver’s license
Skills & Competencies:
- Computer literacy
- Excellent planning, financial, and budgeting skills
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Deep knowledge of Public Finance Management Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, Building Regulations, and Environmental Conservation Act
- Understanding of Government Procurement System
- Familiarity with JBCC and GCC contracts
Role Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead project initiation, scope definition, and change control
- Execute full project management functions including cost, quality, and time management
- Facilitate project meetings and documentation compilation
- Adhere to government procurement and project administration processes
- Manage and collaborate with multidisciplinary construction teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
