    Requirements:

    To be eligible, candidates must:

    • Hold a National Diploma or Degree in Labour Relations, Employee Relations, or Labour Law.
    • Be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 35.
    • Be unemployed and have no previous experience in an internship program.
    • Have a clean criminal record.
