    • Team: Vulamathuba Empumelelo
    • Role: Assisting in managing the Learning Centre and delivering various tenant support programs.
    • Requirements:
      • Degree/Diploma in Management Assistance or Business Management
      • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Contract Duration: 12 months

    2. Data Analyst Learner (Western Cape)

    • Team: Business Operations Support Services
    • Role: Supporting data analysis needs to enhance business operations.
    • Requirements:
      • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Statistics
      • Driver’s license and own vehicle (advantageous)
      • Strong analytical and organizational skills
    • Contract Duration: 12 months

    3. Property Management (Facilities) Learner (Pinelands)

    • Team: Rental Property Management – Facilities
    • Role: Assisting with facilities management within Communicare’s affordable housing portfolio.
    • Requirements:
      • Degree/Diploma in Facilities Management, Quantity Surveying, or Engineering
      • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle
      • Excellent organizational skills

    4. Marketing and Communications Learner (PR and Communications) (Pinelands)

    • Team: Marketing and Communications
    • Role: Assisting in public relations, writing, editing, and content management.
    • Requirements:
      • Diploma/Degree in Journalism, PR, or Communications
      • Driver’s license and own vehicle
      • Writing and editing experience (advantageous)
