- Sending order confirmations to customers promptly.
- Managing both ex-stock and direct deliveries in line with specific customer and business unit requirements.
- Workflow and Expediting:
- Managing workflow messages on a daily basis.
- Expediting purchase orders and customer orders weekly while keeping the system updated.
- Quotation Management:
- Creating ad hoc quotations within a 24-hour timeframe and ensuring timely follow-up with customers.
- Customer Backlog and Updates:
- Releasing customer backlogs twice weekly and managing open sales orders.
- Ensuring that customers are informed of any order changes promptly.
- Promoting Automation:
- Increasing awareness of Siemens’ Industry Mall to encourage automated order processes.

Qualifications and Skills
