Job Description
The Packaging Learnerships Phase 2 aims to provide qualifying learners with the opportunity to enroll for an NQF 3 Personal Leadership Development SAQA registered qualification (ID: 83946). This National Certificate in Management will fully develop learners within the food and beverage packaging environment. The program offers recognition, further mobility, and portability within the beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries.
Qualifications / Experience
- Educational Requirements: Must have completed the National Certificate: Food and Beverage Packaging Operations NQF 3.
- Citizenship: Must be a South African citizen.
- Schooling: Grade 12 with Mathematics & Physical Science (not Maths Literacy).
- Employment Equity: Must be an Employment Equity candidate.
- Employment Status: Must be unemployed at the time of appointment.
- Age Requirement: Must be between 18-35 years of age.
- Additional Qualifications: N5/N6 qualifications are advantageous.
